Muse 135

(This is a better photo more true to the colours)

I know you must be wondering what my card has to do with this weeks Muse challenge ,but I promise it does ... well I think so anyway!

I really thought that I wouldn't manage to take part this week as I no idea where to go ...could I make a card with a fun sentiment ,autumn colours or leaves, flowers, design paper ,kraft, coffee (well the last was out had no coffee stamps etc)..... the list went on and on there are so many ways to go with Tracey's really clever and fun card.
But no I went for what kept catching my eye ...
I took my inspiration from Tracey's designer paper!

I tried to match the colours of the paper  and the way the flowers went, starting with white and then Su pool party and pumkin pie.The card base is lost lagoon but the sun (yes we have had even more sun here yay!) has made it lighter looking. To finish I placed my sentiment under and to the side and no,I wasn't brave enough to stamp directly on the card! :)
Hopefully you can now see where this weeks Muse took me

Thanks for taking the time to look

  7. Beautiful; you didn't have to explain how you were inspired by Tracey's card, it's was clear (at least to me); you did a lovely job of re-creating the patterned paper that Tracey used.

  9. I really love your design! Really jumped out at me as I scanned all the Muse cards. Great idea to let the designer paper be your inspiration!
